Raye-Wong & Associates is a full-service estate planning, probate, trust and conservatorship law firm, owned and operated by Catherine Raye-Wong. The office was formerly known as the Law Office of Richard W. Henson. Though the firm’s founder, Mr. Henson, passed away unexpectedly in 1998, the office remains committed to providing the highest level of quality service to its clients.

 

Catherine Raye-Wong, JD

Catherine Raye-Wong is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the California State Bar Board of Specialization. She was the legal judicial advisor for the San Mateo County Superior Court, where her primary responsibility was operation of the Court’s probate, trust and conservatorship department, providing legal advice and guidance to the judges on all related matters.

Catherine obtained her Masters of Law in Taxation from Golden Gate School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from San Francisco Law School, and her undergraduate degree from College of Notre Dame in Belmont.

 

Leticia G. Toledo, JD

Catherine is joined by Leticia G. Toledo, a well-respected probate and trust lawyer, who obtained her Masters of Law in Taxation from Golden Gate School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and her undergraduate degree from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga.
